Ebay: The Pluggening

In your pants.

Almost forgot to plug my current ebay gubbins!

DCU Classics Wave 18, and Transformers Collector Club Exclusive G2 Ramjet

Ramjet sold out in a couple of days, and was a hot commodity for a bit.  His price has come down, but he's still the best iteration of the venerable Classic Seeker mold, I think. Great colors, lots of well-applied tampographs, and shiny foil stickers!  Pre-applied!

I pre-ordered DCU Wave 18 because I wanted Black Vulcan, and the Apache Chief Build-a-Figure.  Now I'm selling the rest.

Yes, I bought an entire wave of pricey superhero figures to complete a joke from the Harvey Birdman cartoon.

The DCU figures are pretty cool though, I had never bought any before, and was tempted to keep all of them, save for Captain Boomerang.

Why I should Never Start a Business

So that tidy profit I made on ebay?  Funny story: the one big Transformer that I had made the profit with?  Turns out, I had super glued parts of it together, making it useless as a Transformer.

Of course, I only remembered this when I was packing it to ship out.  Now my Japanese buyer is most likely very confused by his refund, and I'm in the red.

Sometimes I wish I was smart.

Ebay Follow up.

Thanks to everyone who bid on my last round of ebay items.  I offered free international shipping, so I'm going to lose my shirt on a few items, but made a tidy sum on some others.

Also I will be shipping to Italy for the first time.  I am filled with trepidation on that one.

Live and learn!  Thanks again.

Benefit from my Buyer's Remorse: Ebay

I just dumped a bunch of collectible flotsam on ebay.  Star Wars figures, Transformers (including my Classics Devastator), some Godzilla bits (Adowable Bullmark Mini-vinyls? Check!), and a few other miscellaneous items.

My my world of ebay wonders

A lot of that stuff, I have to wonder what I was thinking when I bought it, especially the Serenity Money pack.  I love Firefly, but what did I plan on doing with that thing?
